If you have booked your appointment online and you wish to cancel your appointment without rescheduling please use the cancellation link that will be provided in your appointment confirmation email.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment please email me at emma@me2upodiatry.com or text on 07935 167698 so I can do this for you, otherwise the system will charge you twice for your appointment.
Cancellations with MORE than 24 hours' notice from the appointment time do not incur any cancellation fees, although for online bookings a £2 processing fee will be applied. Please check your availability for the appointment before booking.
Same day cancellations (from midnight on the day of your appointment or not being present at the agreed address will incur the full appointment fee.
Any prepayments for online bookings can be refunded to you.
Please note that all refunds incur a processing fee to cover the administration of the refund. This fee of £2 applies irrespective of the payment method.
As stated above, non-attendance to appointment will incur the full appointment fee.
Payments made in person must be made at the end of the appointment. Payment methods accepted: cash; cheque; debit cards; bank transfer.
